Our Services: Hospital P&T Kits
DBR Canada Inc. research has allowed us to provide a comprehensive formulary submission kit that meets or exceeds the expectation of hospital P&T committees.
Our staff is experienced planning, preparing, and developing Hospital P&T Kits that are required to initiate hospital P&T reviews. We develop kits and offer clients the opportunity to conduct P&T Kit workshop training with their key hospital team members to review how the kits can be used by potential sponsors to initiate a formulary review request.
We recommend all hospital P&T kits include;
- Print and electronic documents (MS Word and PDF).
- A "product at a glance" Fact Sheet with all key information (and positioning) summarized on 2 pages.
- A Clinical Summary overview of all key clinical efficacy and safety information.
- Copies of "Landmark Publications".
- A "Cost-calculator" tool for institutional use to help hospital drug budget managers to anticipate and manage the financial implications of adding your product to their hospital formulary.
